What's included in the monthly rate? +
Furnished unit, resort amenity access (seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, fitness center, tennis, disc golf, mini golf), on-site parking, and access to the 18-hole golf course. Utilities and internet vary by unit and term length. We'll confirm specifics on your tour or call.
How long are the leases? +
Flexible 6 to 12 month terms. Longer stays may unlock better monthly rates. We do not do month-to-month.
Can I bring my pet? +
Dogs and cats welcome under 50 lbs. Some breed restrictions apply.
Is the resort really open year-round? +
Yes. The weather changes a lot across seasons, which is half the point of living here. Pool operates seasonally. Everything else runs all year.
What does a tour look like? +
About 30 to 45 minutes. We walk you through an available unit, the resort grounds, the pool, fitness center, and golf course. Bring questions. In-person preferred, virtual tours available if you're out of state.
What happens after the tour? +
If it's a fit, we send you the lease application directly. Standard credit and background check. Once approved, we work out a move-in date that fits your schedule. No portal scavenger hunt. We walk you through every step.

Fill this out and Tyler from our leasing team will call or text within one business day. Sign a 12-month lease and we'll apply the free month to your first full rent payment.
Offer Details: The "1 month free rent" promotion is available to new residents who sign a 12-month lease by May 30, 2026. The free month is applied to the first full month of rent after any prepaid amounts or deposits. Open to all qualified applicants who meet standard credit and background screening. The value of the free month is forfeited and added back to the balance owed if the lease is terminated before the 12-month term ends. One offer per household.
