No-Show Policy

Summary
If you book a tee time and don't arrive with your full party—or you don't arrive at all—up to 100% of the total green fee and cart fee per missing player may be charged to the card on file.
Definitions
No-Show: The reservation does not check in at the scheduled time and does not cancel within the allowed window.
Short-Show: Fewer players check in than reserved (e.g., you book 4, only 2 play).
Fees
Charge Amount: Up to 100% of the total green fee and cart fee for each absent player on the reservation.
When Charged: Typically within 72 hours after the scheduled tee time.
What's Included: Green fee + cart fee (taxes and add-ons may be excluded from this calculation at the club's discretion).
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation Window: You may modify or cancel up to 8 hours before your tee time without penalty.
How to Cancel: Use your confirmation link in the text and email confirmations or contact the golf shop at (706) 754-2255.
Group Size Changes: Reduce players before the 8-hour window to avoid fees for any unused spots.
Exceptions
Weather / Course Closure: If the course is closed or declares unplayable conditions, no fee is charged.
Club Discretion: We may waive or adjust fees for verified emergencies or special circumstances.
Card on File & Authorization
By booking, you authorize Apple Mountain Golf Club to charge the card on file per this policy for any no-show or short-show fees associated with your reservation.
Questions or Disputes
Questions or disputes must be submitted within 7 days of the tee time directly to the golf course. Contacting our booking provider directly will result in delays to a resolution.
